ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
1st Day (April 11, 2023)
I was assigned to work in the registrar’s office throughout our immersion. We
were given the responsibility of sorting registration forms on the first day of our
work immersion. I initially struggled to sort the registration forms, but I managed to
ask our supervisor for help, and he gave me instructions right away.
2nd Day (April 12, 2023)
We carry out the identical task the following day. The college registration forms
are sorted by course and color by me and my co-trainees. This time, I can sort without much difficulty because I already know what to do. It was simple for me to
complete my task and enjoy it thanks to the assistance of my co-trainee.
3rd Day (April 13, 2023)
On the third day of our work immersion, we were given the responsibility of
organizing registration paperwork once more. We had a lot of boxes to sort, but we
managed to finish it because we were focused on our work. We managed to complete
sorting by this day, despite the challenges we faced.
4th Day (April 14, 2023)
We have completed sorting the college enrolment paperwork for the day. The
registration forms are then carefully checked before being placed inside the box. I
developed me focus and attention while working on this task, which helped me complete it successfully.
5th Day (April 17, 2023)
Our task is to double-check the registration paperwork on the fifth day of our
work immersion. Our supervisor assigned us to arrange it annually and alphabetically in addition to thoroughly inspecting it. Because my attention is on what I’m
doing, I find this work to be both difficult and enjoyable.
6th Day (April 18, 2023)
This day, I was assigned to remove the papers that are attached on the back of the
envelope. After removing it, my co-trainees and I double-check each course’s folders. We performed things on this day that weren’t particularly difficult, but I found
them to be more enjoyable.
7th Day (April 19, 2023)
Our supervisor gave us the task of yearly folder inspection on the seventh day of
our work immersion. We need a partner for this work so that we can inspect the
graduate students’ folders, thus Jam is my partner. Due to our attention to detail, Jam
and I completed the work successfully.
8th Day (April 20, 2023)
The seventh day is the same as this day. Along with checking them again, we
sorted the graduate students’ files. My ability to organize the files is good because
our supervisor instantly instructed us on how to do it.
9th Day (April 24, 2023)
I was tasked with checking the box of registration forms on our ninth day of work
immersion. I arrange it inside the box after that. We just have little work to do on
this day, and I finished my task right away, so it’s not been too taxing.
10th Day (April 25, 2023)
My task was to arrange the college enrolment paperwork alphabetically on this,
my final day of work immersion. I sorted it and then placed it into the box, where I
organized it. Following completion, I did some minor tasks like sweeping the office
floor and watering the plants. Despite the difficulties, I actually had a great time.
In conclusion, my talents have improved as a result of this work immersion experience and will be put to use soon. Throughout the entire experience, I relished
having the folks I was with around me. They support me in overcoming the obstacles
I encounter at work, and I developed friendship as a result of this immersion, which
is excellent for me. I am incredibly happy that I got the chance to experience this in
my life. I thank Sir Angelo for teaching us how to complete each duty as well as the
co-workers I am currently working with. In addition, Ma’am Anabelle Ida’s advice
is something for which I am most grateful. I recalled her saying that not everything
we go through today will last forever; instead, things can change, and it’s possible
that someday, even the worst of times can turn out to be the best. But for that day to
come, we need to be courageous and committed in whatever we do.
