This document is a template for preparing four pages extended abstract as using Microsoft Word. This
document should include one page graphical abstract as shown above and three pages should contain
introduction, methodology, results/ discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement and reference. Left
margin of the document should be 2.5 cm and other sides margins should be 2.0 cm. The styles and
formats have been incorporated into the structure of this document. Font should be Times New Roman
with the font size of 12 and line spacing of 1.15. In the graphical abstract Times New Roman should
be used with appropriate font size (preferable font size is 10)

1. Introduction
This section should present the scope, objective and problem definition of the research, briefly
review the relevant literature, provide a summary of the main results of the work.
2. Methodology
The methodology must be clearly stated and described in sufficient detail or with sufficient
references.
3. Results
Results of the work should be displayed but explicit details are not expected due to piracy
consumption. Supporting figures, tables and images of the results (no more than one figure and
one table) may be included in the extended abstract.
4. Conclusion
Conclusions should include the principles and generalizations inferred from the results, any
exceptions to, or problems with these principles and generalizations, conclusions drawn and
recommendations.
Acknowledgement
Extended Abstracts in format for publication should be submitted by email as directed on the
symposium website before the deadline. The maximum size of the file is 4 MB.
