Here's a summarized of my worklog.
On Monday, I informed Paul that I still didn't have access.
I had a conversation with Naidu about my access issue and we decided to arrange a call with the IT Team to resolve it.
After a one-hour call, Sahil fixed my access problem.
I also logged a ticket to request privilege access for installing applications like Java for remote access.
I'm currently waiting for approval for the ticket, and once approved, the IT Team will configure it.
In the meantime, I have been reading the training documents provided to familiarize myself with the application.
Now, I am starting to explore the application using the available documents to gain a better understanding.
