I have gathered these questions from many sources, including Rich Litvin, Tim
Ferris, and some of my own.

What were your 3 biggest accomplishments this year? Why?

What was the hardest thing you had to overcome this year? What did you learn
from it?

Pareto’s Law says that in any situation, 20% of the effort produces 80% of the
results. It's called the 80/20 rule:
A. What were the 20% of your activities this year that created 80% of your desired
results (and happiness)?
B. Who were the 20% of your people that produced 80% of your results?
C. What were the 20% of your habits that led to 80% of your success?
D. What were the 20% of your activities this year that created 80% of your
problems and unhappiness?
4. How could you 10x your income in a way that’s fun and exciting for you?
5. If you could only work 2 hours per day – what would you focus on?
6. If you could only work 2 hours per WEEK – what would you focus on?
7. Crutch Activities: What are the top 3 activities you use to fill time to feel as
though you’ve been productive?
8. When do you feel STARVED FOR TIME? What commitments, thoughts, and
people can you eliminate to fix this problem?
9. What really added joy to my life and well-being this year was …
10. How did you change? What new/different beliefs and behaviors did you adopt?

16. What is your Zone of Genius? (The thing you are best at – and find so fascinating
and motivating – it feels effortless).
17. What’s missing from your life and/or business? And how did you keep it out in
this year?
18. What is the ONE thing you need to avoid at all costs?
19. What are you tolerating? (If an activity, a person or a habit in your life is a 7/10
or less, you're tolerating it!)
20. What’s your deja vu goal? A goal that was in your list this year, the previous year,
the year before that… Is it going on your list again with structure to support it or is it
time to let it go or transform it?
21. If this was 3 years from now and we were looking back over that time and you
could get only 3 things done – that would give you a tremendous sense of success –
what would they be?
22. If in 3 years time you are disappointed with your results, why will that be?

24. Imagine your future self 20 years out looking back at the habits you have today,
having experienced two more decades of accumulated impact from those habits.
