Internship Purpose - Principal Accountabilities
Internship at Cambridge University Press & Assessment comes with a package of opportunities to
learn and grow for the young students at the steppingstone of their careers. We are committed to
providing the exciting exposure and a learning experience to our interns upon them joining the
Cambridge family.
Upon securing internship role at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, each intern would be
assigned a defined project as per the business and the vertical. The interns will then work on these
short-term projects in collaboration with an array of cross-functional teams, buddies, and mentors,
and present their reports and findings upon the completion of the internship duration. This shall
provide the right and early exposure to our interns and give them the first taste of working in a
multinational organization and learn from it.
Once the internship tenure is completed, all cross-functional interns shall have the opportunity to
present their project to a panel of business leaders of the organization. We shall also be looking at
evaluating the interns during their internship tenure for pre-placement offers of employment as well,
subject to evaluation as per organizational criteria and requirements.

In final year of college post-graduate program or graduation program. Prior industry
experience is not mandated but preferred
Minimum cut-off of 60% for all prior education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with
professionals of all organizational levels
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
Capability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent listening, problem solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Time and project management skills.
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software,
preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

While we are highly flexible with our working styles, the interns will be expected to majorly report
to office location and premises during their internship tenure. It is a 5-day working model with
standard office hours being 9am to 6pm, will can vary depending on the assigned projects. This shall
help the interns in understanding and gaining better experience of a working environment.
