The Chernobyl new safe confinement was built to replace the sarcophagus, a structure that was built
after the core reactor 4 exploded in 1986. It was designed to contain the leaking radioactive material.
the disaster was caused by a combination of design flaws and adequate safety measures and operator
errors.
The project faced inadequate safety measures and lack of regulatory oversight and project management
challenges
What the team did well was The presentation had a nice flow to it, everyone knew what they were
talking about and I can tell it was well rehearsed
What team one can do better is to not read from the slides.

the Manhattan Project was a American government research project started in 1942, finished in 1945
until it's abolishment. It's first started off as an attempt to create a nuclear bomb before Germany did.
the management team recognized the complexities and risks associated with the project and therefore
implemented the rigorous quality control measures throughout the projects life cycle
the project ended up taking a bit longer by a few years than it was initially planned to. But it still did
accomplish its goal of developing nuclear weapons before Germany, and it helped to solidify the Allies
victory.
What the team did well was that they did a lot of research for the project. They provided a lot of
information about the manhatten project.
What the team chould have done better was to have less words on the slides

Boston big dig was mega project in Boston that rerouted the central artery, Interstate 93.
Into the 1 1/2 mile tunnel and in the Thomas P O'Neill Junior Tunnel.
The project did achieve its goal, however, and it ended up reducing traffic and improve mobility, and one
of America's oldest cities
The project came about in response to terrible traffic congestion on Boston Streets.
Unlike other groups, group three had less words on their slides.
There seemed to be not a lot of information, there was plenty of it in the beginning, but it was less and
less as the presentation went on.

the James Webb telescope is a project that NASA created a space based Observatory
observatory telescope.

denver International Airport Project is an infamous example of a project management failure.
The construction of the airport started in 1989 and it was expected to be completed in 1993 with a
budget of around 1.34 billion
various factors contributed to the project failure, including poor project management, which led to a lack
of oversight and accountability and inadequate planning, which result in poor communication and
coordination among the project team
