The Educated Life vision for the development of our campus
is a central concept for the UC strategy. It also strongly
aligns with the Digital Strategy, deriving a high strategic
alignment. In this example we assume the impact to be the
number of people and communities positively affected. This
overarching theme can then have a number of related
enabling projects that may lack strategic alignment if done
in isolation.

Digital Democracy is the idea of giving all community members
a stronger voice through technology. It is strongly aligned to
the UC Strategy - People theme and the Digital Strategy Customer theme. However unlike Educated Life it does not
directly relate to our core business (reasonably high strategic
alignment), however Digital Democracy has the potential to
impact everyone in our extended communities (high impact).
