The best approach for the early-preparation for future work
The introduction
Regarding the pace of the current technological development,
it's more than obvious that the following generations will have difficulties finding the job which
would fulfill their wishes.
According to it, there is a strong need to enhance ones employability skills.
We ought to consider the implementation of the work placements and the schools' workshops into
the national curriculum as it could exactly resolve the issue.
The sooner the better
Firstly, it is of major importance to highlight the fact that even the children as young as those
attending the elementary school should be in charge of which school workshop to assign in, surely,
with the supervision and the help of their parents.
Not only would this provide them with hands-on experience, but also teach them how to handle the
situation where they would learn how to manage their responsibility.
Is it all?
Far more than anything else, the preceeding high school environment plays a huge role on ones
development.
It's due to that the elderly students seek for the noticable overlap between what they are currently
doing and what impact it will have in the future.
Futhermore, exploring the local companies, getting to know all the neccassary contants, or even
earning little money, etc. draw a significant attention.
The conclusion
The essay assesses the two approaches for making the future students to stand out, namely the
schools' worshops and the work placements.
"Would have anyone be more satisfied if they were able to chose from the very beginning?" is what I
am thinking. I would strongly recommend to introduce the school's worshop into the everyones
curriculum as shaping the way these young students perceive the world will effect their entire lives.
