Numerous obstacles, some of which are powerful enough to destroy you, and will unavoidably come your way, ranging from a lack of understanding and experience to burnouts. This business enterprise was purposely established for the particular reason of the market’s demand for a soap that suits any skin type, and because the soap is made up of mostly organic ingredients, thus, people who have sensitive skin don’t need to worry about it. More than that is because most teenagers are undergoing a hormonal imbalance; both males and females. Which is just normal for them, however, they don’t need to suffer from those when there is a suited answer for that. In addition, hormonal imbalance causes pimples and acnes. Some researchers suggest that pimples affect nearly everyone at some time during their lives. They’re most common during adolescence, but adults may have them, too. If you don’t have a plan, you are doomed to fail. When there is a problem surely there’s also a solution for that. Consequently, as students in STEM field the product administrators generated an idea that would elucidate the aforementioned problems by applying chemistry, providing a solution to it. And that is natural soap is best for acne because it is gentle on the skin and contains no toxic substances. It was removed dirt, bacteria, and dead skin cells from the skin without destroying the natural sebum found in your skin cells. This means that your sebaceous glands will not panic because all of the sebum will not be stripped off your skin, causing them to overproduce. By definition, soap by nature is antibacterial. The soap loosens the dirt from the skin, which is then suspended within the soap. When you wash away the soap, you also wash away the bacteria that is present in the soap. All of this is done without the use of antibacterial chemicals like triclosan. In terms of Target Market, there are four sets of them according to their socioeconomic status (i.e., Teaching and Non-teaching staff, Students, and Residents) These consumers have the opportunity of purchasing both a unique product and a cost- Brgy. Description of the Business Since soap was the inspiration for the product's basis, the product administrators considered this type of enterprise as an outgrowth. The combination of coffee, aloe vera extract, and vitamin E diluted in rice water is well demonstrated through this product. To differentiate this simple product from the competition, the product managers chose to include new features. Since this business plan proposal included numerous members, the product administrators regarded the company in some legal terms as a corporation. The Administrators called it "Co-Loe-Gel-E-R/Coloegeler," and it contains the following ingredients: first, black coffee, which has anti-aging, anti-oxidant, and antiinflammatory properties that can help our skin fight sunburn diseases; second, aloe vera extract, which helps moisturize our skin and unclog pores while softening the skin; third, vitamin E capsules, which can lighten dark spots and prevent skin discoloration; and fourth, rice water that can tighten skin and acts as a natural toner for acne healing. The administrators are searching for the Godofredo M. Tan Integrated School of Arts and Trades' target market; Given to its population, residents, students, Teaching and non-teaching personnel have the opportunity to serve a larger client base. On the 19th of November 2022, the product administrators decided to begin this. Mr. Jericho Carabido is the pioneer of this invention, and with the assistance of his fellow members, they have developed it. Mr. Carl Shallom Delfino came up with the notion for the product's namesake, the "Coloegeler." The administrators believe that having direct access to customers and the ability to question them directly about the quality and impact of a new product will allow them to easily determine whether or not the product will be profitable. The product administrators calculated the total cost of the product to arrive at the selling cost. Subsequently, the administrators searched for a profit that had a moderate-income value with the owner's profit accounting for 58% of the total cost. Brgy. Product/Services This product, which goes by the name "Co-Loe-Ge-L-E-R/Coloegeler," contains black coffee as its first ingredient, which has anti-aging, anti-oxidant, and antiinflammatory properties that can help our skin combat sunburn disturbances. Aloe vera extract softens and hydrates our skin while unclogging pores. Thirdly, vitamin E pills can help fade dark spots and protect our skin from deterioration caused by harmful UV rays. The proprietors advertise the product as being of great quality due to its value and the fact that it can be purchased for ₱ 20 per piece. With this soap, you can assure to maintain healthy, and soft skin. As it's the only item in GMTISAT that is "Co-Loe-Gel-E-R/Coloegeler," which contains diverse components beneficial for healthy skin, the product is unique. Due to the high demand from the large customer base, the share will alter if production increases. However, the owners will use it as a chance to attract big clients. Due to their focus on a small number of populations and clients, the owners are underserving several user categories, but they promise you that there will always be opportunities in the face of competition. Their origin, age and generation, gender, income, marital status, education, and property ownership are a few examples of demographic profiles that characterize who they are as people. Consumers' preferences, behaviors, viewpoints, values, and attitudes are among their psychographic segmentation. Information on the location, characteristics and connections of distinct geographic futures are included in geographical data. If the seller's goods or services are weather-dependent, geographic attributes allow them to divide the market based on elements like weather, population, market size, the wider world, or a particular state. The consumers consider many customer-related variables when determining the market descriptors in GMTIMSAT and outside the school premises. The owners are hypothesizing that the target market has no coffee, aloe vera, and rice water allergies according to their psychographic segmentation. As per the result from their psychographic segmentation, consumers are more inclined to buy the product because it is a good item and it is new to have an organic soap and they tend to buy the product because it is a favorable gift especially now that it is Christmas season which is related to the fact that the owners' products are appropriate for the market. The owners' product was suited for the site within the school because of the student population and curiosity, so the customers will be intrigued to try and purchase the owners' product. Brgy. The survey questionnaire was divided into 7 questions. It was found out that; The first question actively demonstrates the overall weighted average mean of 3.4 elucidated as the satisfactory level in terms of the product’s packaging. The packaging is an important part of every brand as it is the one that is seen anticipatorily and as a protection of what it contains. The second question has yielded an average of 3.15 which is interpreted as the level of satisfactory from the respondents when comes to the fragrance of the Cologeler soap. As the product was a beauty care brand specifically a soap, thus, smell is undeniably a great factor to consider. Based on the second question, it certifies the level of the conjugated result in terms of the product’s texture which was rated with an average of 3.6 level of satisfactory. Texture acts as the sensory experience of a cosmetic product based on its appearance, either silky or coarse-grained are both necessary textures. The fourth question authenticates the color of the product which gained an average of 3.25 satisfactory level. Colorants are essentially used for making products appealing and attractive. Additionally, they're also used for adding a presentable appearance to the product. The fifth question ratifies the perception of the respondents concerning with the various design of the Coloegeler soap that received an overall weighted average satisfactory level of 3.75. In line with this, the price was based on the following ingredients; coffee, aloe vera gel, vitamin E, and rice water. In determining the price of product, the product administrators came up with to sell ₱20 pesos each of the Coloegeler Soap but it is also available in packages, the small one with 3 pieces costs ₱50.75 pesos and the large one is ₱85.50 pesos with 5 pieces. It may be a bit pricey for its size, however, it is because the soap was homemade, and mostly made of organic and natural ingredients. TAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES San Narciso, Quezon “Bringing Academic Excellence; Achieving Lifelong Technical Skills and Innovations.” SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT F. Competition To begin with, the product administrators think that the product being one of a kind and new to the market is the primary edge of this business enterprise. As we all know, the town of San Narciso, Quezon has not yet produced a soap that was incorporated various ingredients; both synthetic (i.e., aloe vera extract and vitamin-E capsule) and organic (i.e., coffee and cured rice water). Organic soap is simply better for your skin. It contains natural ingredients such as plant-derived base oils, glycerin, and essential oils. By contrast, synthetic, mass-market soap is made of petroleum-based lathering agents, synthetic fragrances, harsh dyes, and dangerous preservatives. It’s not surprising, then, that a lot of our customers say that their skin feels better after using organic soap, and that it sometimes helps to improve skin conditions such as eczema and acne, rather than producing further irritation. Putting that into consideration, these ingredients have benefits for the skin. In such a manner, this would open a new door of opportunities for business owners. Studying the Competition could simplify the valuable lessons from people who have come before you. How did they produce more at once? How were their batches improved? What errors did they commit that you can prevent? When you are growing your soap business, it is essential to learn from both your own mistakes and those of others. In the current circumstance, it is bothersome to find a soap that suits your skin that is homemade and naturally formulated. That is why the product administrators came up with the idea to generate the aforementioned product. The availability or demand of the product was made possible by the product administrators themselves, in such a way of capital contribution to arrive at the requisite fund even though they somewhat lack in terms of financial stability. A lot of people can say that the product is a bit ambitious because the ingredients that were utilized are also pricey, however, the admins did not look nor consider that in as much as they are aiming for something new and innovative, and in a sense that this Brgy. Nevertheless, to gain more managerial experience, the holders will do preliminary research about what would be the feasibility of success in terms of salesmanship, either way, the product administrators can ask for some recommendations from connoisseurs or those who are experts when it comes to establishing a business enterprise; such as the TVE Teachers that teaches Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, then, they can also do an in-depth online investigation from online sources namely online tutorials. Generally, there are seven prominent functional departments in this type of business. The lines include; management, sales, research and development, customer service, marketing and finance, human resources, and production which are vital for the betterment of the business flow. Having that in our mind, these positions are not just simple or easy tasks, that is why the above-mentioned positions were given to those who can handle them, take accountability and perform his/her responsibility. The Management was tasked with Mr. Jericho Carabido by their entrepreneurship leader. In a business, it is not avoidable to encounter inaccuracies when comes to composing and writing a paper works. Concerning the possible fallacies and misconceptions, all members are encouraged to ask for assistance from the manager who is acting as the pioneering operator of the said business. Concerning the distribution of the salary, the sales and finance will take over it, because they are the ones who have expertise when it comes to this area. The rationale for income varies based upon the business revenue in a day, the salary will be estimated by applying the formula of the revenue in a day divided by the hours of workmanship. The result obtained by dividing one quantity by another will then be divided into the number of workers. Personnel The individuals who work for the firm are referred to as the person; in some ways, the individuals who work for the company are the staff. The workforce currently needs training to be engaged in meticulous skills that could aid in knowledge expansion and talent enhancement. Likewise, individuals will need important roles as well as good income for their career path. Many factors must have in establishing a business. From the good quality of products, their uniqueness, and timeliness, relevance to the current situation to its very critical factor its effectiveness. Aside from the above-mentioned, there is an exceptional way of enticing your customers and that is none other than effective communication skills, no matter how trendy the product that you sell if you cannot convince people to choose your product basically, it would be useless. Another thing is being a natural problem solver. No matter how accurate and precise your business plan is you can't get away with having a problem that is inevitable at work, tasks involving personnel must be prioritized to be completed quickly even if time does not allow for the completion of all tasks on the list. Although many employees are born with certain skills, they must study more to make them better. Additionally, having organized employees will ensure that the work is always completed in a manner that will maximize sales for the company. It is advantageous if a person has leadership potential since they will put it to good use in a managerial capacity for the benefit of effective business management. Being a leader involves asking for assistance from the team when necessary and allocating tasks fairly. Personnel must be flexible because simply something has been done a certain way in the past doesn't mean it has to be done that way going forward. The staff is always open to fresh suggestions for tasks involving the staff. The proprietors will offer various pieces of training relating to those talents if the staff does not already possess them. To assess the staff's abilities, the owners will conduct a test. The proprietors will make sure that the required individuals are on site for the availability of the staff. Brgy. Application and effect of Loan and Investment Although the owners' business is not substantial enough and the owners are discussing whether the enterprise can be profitable or not, the amount of money invested in the owners' business rose to a whopping ₱1,190 from each member's equated contribution. The owners will continue to make and sell the product if it is profitable. The proprietors may, however, make improvements to the company if it is not profitable to fulfill the utmost consumer’s expectations for a quality product. This company will need to put up this much money, ₱4,410.00 And to do that they’ll be needing to produce 70 pieces of Coloegeler multiplied 5 times which is 350 pieces all and all to arrive at the requisite overall revenue of ₱7,000.00 with a profit of ₱2,590.00 deducted to the daily income of the 11 workers of ₱50.00 each of them with the total of ₱550.00. Moreover, the amount of money that will remain in the company would be ₱2,000.00. Having that in our mind, within the span of 6 months, the presumed requisite fund would be, ₱116,424.00, in order to make 46,200 pieces of the Coloegeler soap, to get a total sale of ₱924,000.00, deducting the fixed cost and variable costs of ₱5,280.00, the total expenses of the company which ₱116.000.00, and the daily income of the workers with a total of ₱72,600.00. With that being said the total revenue of the company in the projected 6 months would be, ₱729,696.00. For clarification, the previously mentioned computation is the projection of the cash flow in 5 months on the company’s bases.
