Work Experience
1) M/s. SIEMENS India Ltd., as Senior Executive. (From 1st Dec to still continue)
A) Project: 1200 MW CCPP of DGEN MAGA Power Project of Torrent Energy Ltd at
Bharuch, India.
Specific Duties:
 Project Scheduling and Monitoring i.e. to keep track of site execution and progress to
get the contractual milestones.
 Co ordinate for progress meeting with subcontractors.
 Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
specifications and safety standards.
 Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference
points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
 Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations,
concrete and steel.
 Direct or participate in Test/ working Pilling work and required test like vertical, lateral,
Dynamic and pull out.
 Developing project-specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
 Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and
engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
 Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to
support subsequent commercial claims.
 Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
 Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for
purpose.
 Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers.

B) SIEMENS QATAR LTD., Project Engineer. ( From 21st Aug 2008 to 30th Nov
2010)
Project: Qatar Power Transmission System Expansion (GIS substations of
320kV/220kV/66kV/11kV) – Phase IX and Phase VII,
Contract no: GTC 240 A / 2008 and GTC 123 / 2006.
Specific Duties:
 Coordination with KHARAMAA for getting required approval like SIS, LOA and CTHS
and other permissions.
 Reviewing the Civil and MEP drawings of GIS Substation according to the site
requirements.
 Responsible for all civil works of GIS Substations of various range in accordance with
the client specification and QCS.
 Responsible for checking out all work done by subcontractor as per Quality Standard.
 Following the inspection and test plan as per contract specifications, terms and
conditions.
 Co-ordination with client/consultant for the approvals and contract related subjects.
 Carryout the material inspection as per contract documents and consultant approval.
 Conducting QA/QC site meetings, project QA/QC meetings with subcontractors and
consultants.
 Co-ordination with QA/QC Manager for the follow up the day to day activities and of
Quality management system as per ISO 9001.
 Co ordination between site with HO/ client / Consultant for timely completion of
project as per schedule.
 Conducting HSE meeting with safety officer and manger of company and
subcontractors at project site office
2) M/s. Essar Oil ltd, as Asst. Manager- Civil. (From 21st March 2005 to July 2008)
A) Project: Refinery Expansion works at Jamnagar:
Specific Duties:
 Supervision of the construction of various machine foundation, pipe foundation,
Cable trenches and cable duck bank, fabrication of steel structural shad and its
foundations, road and drainage works.
 Co ordination with sub contractors, Consultants, Design office and internal functions
for design / engineering approvals for timely completion of the work.
 Participate in internal site QA/QC audits conducted by QA/QC&QMS Manager.
 Maintaining and distribute all QA/QC records at site.
 Co-ordination with consultant for the field testing and obtain approvals.
 Checking of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering work as per Standard.
B) Project: Construction of Retail outlets:
Specific Duties:
 In the retail outlets division, I have to construct the retail outlets as per the company
specification and standard.
 Coordination with Divisional Manager / Zonal Engineer for finalizing sub contracting
agencies and assist site in achieving required progress.
 Inspection of Quality aspects in constructions at site and take corrective actions.
 Identification of the land as per cost per KL basis and from civil engineering aspect.
 Co ordination work with Govt. Dept for Explosive license and Local municipal parties
for NOCs.
3) M/s. Nirma Ltd. as Civil Engineer. (From January 2005 to March 2005)
Project: Expansion of Soda Ash Plant and Modification of Existing Storey Yard :
Specific Duties:
 Supervise of the construction of various machine foundations of Soda Ash plant.
 Responsible for coordination work with Consultant/ Subcontractor/ Head office for
completion of new steel shads and pumps foundation, installation and commissioning.
 Inspection of quality aspects in constructions at site and take corrective actions.
 Attending weekly meeting with subcontractors and consultant to review progress.
4) M/s. Multimedia consultant Pvt. Ltd. as Project Engineer. (From August 2003 to
December 2005)
A) Project: 1050MW Combine Cycle Power Plant of Torrent Power Ltd at Akhakhol,
Surat.
Specific Duties:
 Coordination with the site engineers and design staff at Ahmadabad for preparation of
drawings as per require by site condition.
 Monitoring of site progress in daily basis.
 Attending weekly meeting with customer and subcontractors to review the progress.
 Co ordinate with customer for getting drawing approvals.
 Maintaining quality related records.
B) Project: Construction of RCC Reservoir, 350mm dia DI pipe of 10.5km gravity at
Apollo Tyres Ltd.
Specific Duties:
 The Project consists of Construction of RCC reservoir with pumping platform and
10.5km long 350mm Dia DI Gravity pipe line with Head regulator at Narmada –Baroda
Branch Canal.
 Supervision of concreting, shuttering and other construction activities to execute as
per drawing.
 Checking of surveying work for gravity flow for the length of 10.5km.
 Inspection of trench work, cross drainage work for lying of DI pipe line of 350mm dia.
 Attending weekly meeting with client, subcontractors to review the progress.
 Coordination with Govt. Dept. and local authority for ROI (Right of Implementation)
and ROU (Right of Use) for lying of Pipe line.
 Maintaining quality related records.
 Overall responsibility of completion of project including commissioning.
