Alternative yarn: Fine (#2)/Sport, Baby 100% cotton - green in the table. Hook: 1.75 mm Tools: measurement tape, scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needle, textile glue Alternative yarn: Friends Friends Cotton 8/6 Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/6 Hobbii Baby Cotton Organic Midi Gauge: 22 sc* 24 rnds = 4’’ (10cm). Always use a crochet hook size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking. If the size of the sole when crocheting you get more than you need, then crochet tighter or use a hook 0.25-0.5 mm smaller. TOE (red part) Third stitch from the hook Work back and forth. Turn the booties to face you and begin to crochet on the right side of the toe, in the second loop from the edge. Row 1: 1 ch, 14 sc, ch 2, turn. Row 2: 1 dc in the same st, 13 dc, ch 1, turn. TIP: to make the booties the same, I recommend crocheting both at once - that is, crochet the sole of one and immediately crochet the sole of the second booties. Crocheted the sides of the sole of one and followed by the side of the sole of the other, and so on. 10 6. LOGO (MAKE 2) Rnd 1: ch 1, 1 sc in the same st, 4 sc, turn. Take red yarn. Rnd 27 2: 5 sc, turn. Ch 40 + ch 2, turn. RED BACK STRIPE (make 2) 8. LACE (MAKE 2) Take red yarn. Ch 35 + ch 2, turn. You can take ready-made laces and insert them into crocheted sneakers or crochet yourself. Rnd 1: 1 sc in the 35th st last row, sc*till the end row, turn. The length of the laces should be 52-55 cm (20-21”) Rnd 2: sc*till the end row. Option 1 Cut the thread, fasten off [fig 23] Make a chain of 105 – 115. Cut the yarn. 23 Take time to make these look as neat as possible. Option 2 Work with 2 strands approx. 52-55 cm /20 21” as it is shown in the video. Cut the yarn.
