Cancelling reservation:
1. Non-refundable – no refund
2. General – refund on 48 hours prior notice
Res note – for noting down any uncharged amount which will be paid by
customer when enter hotel.
To reconcile:
1. Room type
2. Date
3. Amount
4. Change in requirements
5. Card – 3rd party confirmation if not personal
6. Updated CC details
7. Declined reservations
Booking Chart:
 Pink – checked out
 Blue – check in
 Green – confirmed
 Grey – room allocation problem
 Purple – under maintenance
No Show:
 They are confirmed and paid reservation.
 Guests didn’t check in.
 Mark as No Show on agency website.
 On last reservation date. For non-refundable
 On first day when general and amount gets declined
