1. According the definition of danger sign according to the osha code 29 CFR 1910.145
a danger sign is a section or surface that is prepared giving an warning of specific
dangers such as radiation hazards. Whereas a warning signs warn against potential
hazards or to caution against unsafe practices. So to sum this up danger signs warn
against danger that is present vs warning signs tell you of potential danger. And the
word warning can be used on a sign to represent an hazard level between that of
caution and danger. Then below is the image of the Danger sign danger sign and a

2. The advantages of parking blocks are that they help some motorists park in lots
correctly or prevent from the motorist from invading the spot and or spots in front
of them. The downside however are that they can become an physical obstacle
for some and can be labeled as obstacles for some. Parking blocks should not be
placed in walkways or pedestrian pathways. The parking lots that do not have
parking blocks for the greater park are labeled as public parking
3. According to the article 3 section 1f of the NSPE code of Ethics all engineers are
encourages to treat all persons with dignity, respect, fairness and without
discrimination. And the way in which professional engineers incorporate diversity by
treating all active employees justly and individually regardless of their designations,
job type, etc.. In order to incorporate diversity and inclusion, you must have good
judgement when making decisions not only for yourself but for your
colleagues/employees in the workspace. Some examples that pop into my mind or
supporting employees productive interest such as black history, Mexican heritage,
etc.. as well other such interests like sexually preference and religion. The challenges
of this is that you must make it that each and every employee must acknowledge or
at the very least feel that they are represented and/or accepted in the environment
that they are in. This then allowed the employees to display their upmost abilities
for the company. This also solves an potential problem with the employee resorting
to striking. But doing this not just engineers but people with alternate job types in
the workspace will begin an will continue to respect one another and will begin to
foster diverse thought and growth. And if there is a situation in which a individual or

individuals that choose not to adhere to this then such acts must not be tolerated
and must be dealt with accordingly.
