In order to incorporate diversity and inclusion, you must have good judgement when making decisions not only for yourself but for your colleagues/employees in the workspace. The challenges of this is that you must make it that each and every employee must acknowledge or at the very least feel that they are represented and/or accepted in the environment that they are in. This then allowed the employees to display their upmost abilities for the company. This also solves an potential problem with the employee resorting to striking. But doing this not just engineers but people with alternate job types in the workspace will begin an will continue to respect one another and will begin to foster diverse thought and growth.
