Dr. Ken Eziedo 11 1. Exams start 8:30 am prompt each day. Students must be on the queue ready to be checked in by 8:30am. 2. Please invigilators are expected to meet with their Invigilator Chief and the examination coordinator by 8:15am to have a brief Pep talk. 3. Also invigilators are expected to sign in before morning scripts are shared and sign out after the last script is submitted in the afternoon. 4. Please every lecturer invigilating is expected to assist, at least up to 4 different days respectively, as agreed. 5. Written materials, phones and other electronic devices (including electronic wrist watches) that can store and send information are not allowed in the exam hall. 6. If you are caught with any of the aforementioned items, you will face Senate Disciplinary Committee Panel. 7. Asking fellow students or telling fellow students answers is not allowed. As much as 10 marks will be deducted from defaulters. 8. No wearing of any other type of dresses other than your Mondays Sportswear. 9. No going out to urinate after checking into the exam hall. 10. Students are not allowed to write anything on the question papers. All rough works must be written inside the answer script and crossed. 11. Failure to submit answer scripts at the end of the time allotted for the paper attracts a deduction of 10 marks. 12. No extra time will be given to students coming into the examination hall late.
