Grading System for HMRM Virtual Class Guidelines 1. SHS Students must attend the monthly HMRM VC for it is now part of the grading system. 2. Breakdown of grading system in VC HMRM are as follows: Attendance - 10% (screenshots at the end of every session/VC) Activities – 20% (Oral recitation, and other activities as instructed by your mentor) 30% 3. Grade-slip will be put on hold/grades will not be posted not unless you have successfully finished all the subject required to finish, which includes HMRM. 4. Compilations of Screenshots in HMRM VC depends on how many sessions in a span of 140 days. HMRM VC happens once or twice (depends on the discretion on the mentor). Mostly VC happens every first Monday of the Month. 5. Absentees shall do ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITY, and this is upon request of student thru a ticket “Ask a Mentor”. 6. Checking for completion of activities such as List of Attendee’s in excel by your mentor, terms of access (SIS). 7. You can only submit your Submission of SS Compilation/Alternative Activity once you have finished all the enrolled subjects (No Failed Quarter Total/Course Total) / Before the END of your residency / Upon request of Posting Grades/Grade-slip. AMAUOED Grade 11 Students, submission of Virtual Class Activities screenshots in HMRM must follow ff. format. (see page 2) Compilation of Virtual Class Screenshots in HMRM Full Name : _____________________________________________ Grade Level/Strand : _____________________________________________ Semester : ____________________________________________ (Students must provide a screenshot SS during VC in HMRM) Example: Date: Aug. 2, 2021 Note: Make sure that your SS during VC must have a Date and Time. But it you’re in the diff. time zone, kindly write a description at the bottom of the SS. Date: August 6, 2021 Note: If you can’t attend to the ff. session because you’re sick or being compromised by your working schedule, then, attach a Doctor Cert./COE either scan/photo/link/even another attachment to the submission file) as shown below. Don’t forget to put a description. Please refer to the guideline #5. Date: September 6, 2021 Sir, I couldn’t attend in our VC because I have fever last September 6, 2021. Herewith the attached file for your perusal. Date: October 4, 2021 “I couldn’t attend the said VC because our internet connection is not stable. Below are my alternative activity(ies).” Alternative Activity Link: ____________________________ Note: If you’re one of those students who requested for an alternative activity. Paste the link of your uploaded activity along with compilation of SS prior to the date you have not attended with. If you’re not be able to attend for another session, same process – do another activity, upon request. The above are just guidelines/examples. Your final output/document will be submitted to the submission file to the subject portal or if having trouble attaching it, submit it thru ticket thru “Ask A Mentor”. Thank you.
