2. This is in connection with the Memorandum from Chief Transpo section, General Service
Division ( GSD ), regarding
3. In view this, we were not be able to accompany the passenger to the airport (NAIA) around 3:00
a.m. of April 18, 2022. Because it has no travel ticket and I immediately endorsed it to my senior
CO1 Dading Benitez. I am willing to accompanied them but my Senior insisted that there is no
information and travel ticket as well, due to this I had to follow the person in charge and as a
new staff here at transpo I didn’t know some rules and policy because I didn’t have proper
orientation about the duties here at transpo because I was only augment as a heavy equipment
operator before, I only respect the person or senior who I believe was the in charge.
4. In Addition, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the affected passengers.
