Abstract
In this project a detailed review of the tour and travels management system.
The main objectives of this website are to know the package related to the trip
and journey with the best facility and current offer. Searching will be very easy
.At a single click will be able to fetch the required data. Nowadays, there are
multiple travel packages existing from the various websites to approximately
all the locations over the world.Tourism websites are now more present in our
everyday lives than ever before and as such have also become an important
factor in modern travel behavior. This project will assist travelers to
recommend the best Travel Package among all the packages relevant
information such as image, description about the places where they want to
visit. This website is a website for users that can help convey information to
the entire community, especially those who access the website and those who
will to access. This is a tourism website. Everyone can get information
provided on this website. Explore unpublished tourist attractions. Increases
business opportunities.As a part of the development process the members of
the staff of the company are required to undertake trips to various parts of the
globe. The tour and travels management system will be helpful for tourism.

CHAPTER 1
Introduction
1.1 Introduction Description
The main purpose of the Tour and travels management system is to provide the
best facility and traveling services for a customer to book a trip.We have developed
a tour and travels management system to provide a search platform to find their
tour places according to their choices. It is a Tourism management system to
provide reservation facilities to their customers. Maximize travel policy
compliance through all areas including best fares, allowances and approval. This
website has an eye-catching unique design.
This is instead to provide the best traveling services to the customers and travel
agents. We have expanded tours and travel administration strategy to provide an
exploration platform where a tourist can find their trip spots according to their
choices. This website gives ease to explore India as per tourist’s conditions.
Explore the various places of India at your Pace with well acquainted resorts and
villas and many more facilities.This method further assists to promote reliable and
fascinating tourism so that people can celebrate their vacations in their favorite
places.This project is useful for tourists who are unfamiliar with the places where
they want to visit. The application displays geographic-based data to the people
shifting to the different cities and to the people who are ready to go on a journey.
Our website contains both information of places to be visited and the tickets
booking facilities. It acts according to the interest of the customer. The person
having no information about places to be visited, our website will guid to the best
and is more user friendly than any other website.
Since this is a real-time website, so the admin will be the director of the
organization.
There are four modules in this software, now:
Admin module:
1) Admin can manage the user and receive packages from traveler &
package management.
2) This module provides administrator related functionality. Administrator
manages all information and has access rights to add, delete, edit and view the data
related to places, travels, routes, bookings, etc.
Customer:
1. Customers can view packages and booking.
2. This module helps to customers.
Visitor:
1. Visitor view site and give feedback.
2. View site
Booking:
1. The user will be able to book the places according to their choice.
2. The price of the package will be mention on the booking system.

2.1 Survey existing system
After analyzing the requirements of the task to be performed, the next step is
to analyze the problem and understand its context. The first activity in the
phase is studying the existing system and other is to understand the
requirements and domain of the new system. Both the activities are equally
important, but the first activity serves as a basis of giving the functional
specifications and then successful design of the proposed system.
Understanding the properties and requirements of a new system is more
difficult and requires creative thinking and understanding of the existing
running system is also difficult, improper understanding of the present system
can lead to diversion from solution. There are a number of tourism websites at
this current date but any of those website does not have relevant information
about tourism and are not very user friendly. We have to find information
about places on one website and for booking tickets we have to use a different
website. This may sometimes cause problems in our trip which is not
acceptable.
2.2 Limitations existing system or Research gap
Due to the lack of a user friendly and informative tourism website, we have
decided to make a website which contains information about different places and
cares about the customers interest about places. After knowing about the places the
user can book the places.
2.3 Problem Statement and Objectives
The problem of websites is established fact that Internet users are increasing today.
Today one of the main purpose of the website is to facilitate the offline customer
online because customers cannot spend their time in markets trying to find out the
best deal.In the reference website there are all types of travel route but the water
way not not available on the reference website.
2.4 Scope:
There are many scopes available in this field like –
• This type of software can be further extended for generating reviews
related to the tourist requirements.
• Also, can be used for generating reviews for the Online Videos provided
on the software.
• Easy to find nearby famous places, temples & monuments.
• Developer can be providing the update information of the places and also
provide updates to the software for better serves.
• Provide offers for various places in budgets occasionally

Proposed System
3.1 Proposed System Statement
The proposed system is highly automated and makes the traveling activities much
easier and flexible.
The system allows one to easily access the relevant information and make
necessary travel arrangements. Users can decide about the places where they want
to visit and make bookings online for travel and accommodation.
The user can get the very right information at the very right time.
Specific plans are provided according to places ,which helps make an easy
itinerary.
This system will allow tourists to explore and book their place of interest,which
will make it easy to explore places.
We had provided the waterway traveling path where travelers can travel through
ships.

hardware needed is basic computer

In this semester we have made some part of website using HTML and CSS.

4.2 Implementation Plan for Next Semester
In next semester we are aiming to add the database for website using Mysql,
xampp etc. We are aiming to add many other clickable buttons and interactive
features. We will try to make our website more attractive by adding animations
using Javascript. We are planning to make a complete official project based on
travel website at the end of next semester.
CHAPTER 5
CONCLUSION AND FUTURE WORK
The project we are presenting this website is to make the tourist to travel in easy
way and simple to search the tourism place. It makes the traveler visit the places
and enjoy the traveling.
In next semester we are aiming to add a database for a website using my
SQL ,xampp etc. we are aiming to add other clickable buttons and interactive
features. Further work will include the further study of website development
learning the backend language and about the database system of our website.
