Also, the ELLN LAC session capacitates teacher from K to 3 teacher and strengthen their knowledge about reading to lessen the non reader. IX. OBJECTIVES: The activity aims to: A. To describe the nature and factors affecting reading; B. To identify the learners characteristics with reading and writing difficulties and C. To formulate strategies and activities which are appropriate in addressing reading and written language difficulties X.
