CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT, is made and entered into the Municipality of Dagupan City, Province of
Pangasinan, Philippines this __ day of ____ 2011, by and between _____________, of legal age Filipino
citizen, and a resident of _________, ____________, Pangasinan hereinafter called the OWNER, and
______________, also of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and a resident of _________________,
Pangasinan, hereinafter called CONTRACTOR.
WITHNESSETH:
1. That for and inconsideration of the sum of P1,050,000.00 in which the OWNER agrees to pay
unto the CONTRACTOR, the said CONTRACTOR agrees and undertakes to construct and
build for the OWNER a TWO STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING of strong materials,
the plan specifications of which are hereto attached and made parts of this contract respectively;
1) Scope of Works
a) Excavation of footings
b) Rebar’s
c) Form works
d) Plumbing (rough only)
e) Electrical, (P.V.C installation & wiring only)
f) Construction of Sewer line (drainage only)
g) Roof framing
h) Steel works on concrete only
i) Rough flooring
j) Concrete Stairs (rough only)
k) C.H.B laying only in all Partition and walls
Note: NOT INCLUDED ON THIS CONTRACT are the following, to wit:
1. All Electrical finishing
2. Railings
3. All finishing touches
3-a) Plastering
3-b) plumbing finishing
3-c) Tiles
3-d) Water closet and fixtures
3-e) Painting
3-f) Ceiling joist and ceiling
3-g) kitchen sink
3-h) glass and installation
3-i) Door jambs Flush door & main door (all door jambs & jambs)
3-j) All build in cabinets
2. That the CONTRACTOR undertakes to demolish existing Residential establishments.
3. A mobilization fee equivalent to 50% of the total project cost will be given by the OWNER
right signing of the contract and succeeding payment shall be made every fifteen (15) days based
on the accomplishment report to be presented by the CONTRACTOR.
4. This agreement shall become effective immediately upon receive by the contractor a notice to
proceed and shall remain in force until complete turnover of the project to the owner certified
by the owner’s representative/ engineer.
5. Because of the flexibility and fast movement of material prices. This contract of good for
approval within 1 week on the date stated above. Immediate change of prices will be done if
there is an increase in the material prices. The price to be followed will be on the ongoing
prices in the market.
6. That the parties hereby agree to comply with their respective obligations as stipulated above in
good faith to the end purpose embodied herein shall be accomplish.
