Social Media Reminder All staff are reminded of the following principles of the social media policy while working at Principality Stadium Experience: • • • • We recognise that while many employees will use social media at home, we remind all employees that conduct on a social media site should not bring the company into disrepute in anyway; Employees should ensure that any conduct on social media does not affect any relationships with the Company, Client or fellow employees; Photos or videos should not be posted online of our venue or during working hours – you are not allowed your phone on you during working hours so should not be able to take photos or videos during working hours; Posting any comments or any conduct that might jeopardise our relationship with a client. All staff are also reminded that it against policy to photograph, whether for social media purposes or not, any activity that might be taking place in relation to any event eg. Captain’s Run, rehearsals, training sessions. It is inappropriate for any member of staff to photograph or ask for photographs. Social Media is inclusive of any site such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram etc. If you are unsure of any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact your line manager.
