Rules of Divisibility:
2: All even numbers
3: If the sum of the digits can be divided by
3, so can the actual number. EX: 36--3 + 6
= 9, and 9 can be divided by 3, so 36 can
also.
4: If the last 2 digits of the number for a
number that is divisible by 4, then the
number itself can be divided by 4. EX: 124,
24 can be divided by 4, so 124 can also.
5: If the number ends in 0 or 5, it can be
divided by 5.
6: If a number can be divided by 2 AND 3,
then it can be divided by 6.
