NISM Exam Registration Process Important: To fill the registration form use Chrome browser for better navigation and performance. Ensure to have the following documents ready before you proceed with the registration1. Scan copy of your recent colored passport size photograph in jpeg format size less than 1 mb. 2. Scan copy of clear and color copy of PAN in jpeg format size less than 1 mb. 3. Scan copy of clear and color copy of valid address proof in jpeg format size less than 1 mb ( Adhar card both sides / Voting Card / Passport Copy ) 4. Educational/ professional qualification details. 5. Fields with * are mandatory. Submit button will not be enabled if any of the mandatory fields are not filled up. 6. Those who are in Absent/Failed bucket will click: https://ciel.co.in/icici-reattemptexam.php Enter Employee ID and Pan no. only, all details will auto populate on screen as their profile activation is already done. Just make Payment and exam date will be fixed by CIEL. Step 1: Visit the Registration Page: https://rcp.ciel.co.in Put your PAN and Mobile number and generate the OTP, post which all other fields will be visible. After filling in all basic details, it will ask you to fill your organization. If your PAN already exists with CIEL, your organization will appear automatically. If it does not, or if the organization is mentioned wrongly please fill in the correct name from the right panel through the drop down. After clicking on submit, you will receive login credential on your personal email id. Please select the terms and conditions under the mandate check pop up and click on proceed. Please click on the profile page and read all the instructions for filling up your profile. Fill up all your basic details. Please do not forget to fill your employee number. Upload your colored PAN card copy and click on submit. The correspondence address and permanent address needs to be filled up for the NISM Profile. Fill up your educational and professional details. Please leave this section blank / You can skip this section. Please upload your passport size photo and click on submit Once you submit your profile you will need to authenticate your Email. Please give your personal email id because this id is going to be used to make your profile. Please provide a preferred exam location and mode. CIEL team will call u for the exam date confirmation once your profile is approved with NISM. Once your exam details are submitted, please skip make payment step as 1500 exam fee will be sponsored by bank. You will get profile completion mail from nismsupport@ciel.co.in Here your registration process will get complete. After Registration you will get a confirmation email from CIEL on your personal email id. If input details and documents are in order, CIEL will proceed with your NISM profile creation. And after 3-4 days you will get NISM registration no. & Activation link on your registered personal email id. If input details and/or documents are discrepant, you will receive an email and SMS from CIEL notifying the discrepancy reason. Your action is required to close the discrepancy by logging onto CIEL again. Profile Creation, Activation & Approval : Once your NISM profile is created, you will receive a ACTIVATION LINK from noreply35certification@nism.ac.in You must activate your profile for further approval and enrollment. Please Do not change Password of NISM login at the time of Profile activation. Use Default Password as SUPPORTCIEL After activation is done , CIEL will call you for fixing up exam date. Attempt mock test after you have thoroughly studied all 12 chapters. FAQ • Candidate should enter correct details at the time of registration. Ex : Emp id, PAN no., Email id, Contact no. • Don’t copy your colleagues email id as your alternate email id. • All communication will be sent on Personal email ID. • CIEL uses candidate’s Personal email id to create their NISM profile. So the Activation link will trigger on this personal id. 2. Process for EUIN generation through online document submission A. Fresh B. Renewal C. Transfer and Transfer with renewal A. For Fresh EUIN generation through online After one week of exam, NISM will mail your certificate on registered email id. 1. Please click on AMFI link https://web.camsonline.com/AMFI/login.aspx 2. Click on Register EUIN – Enter Pan number 3. Click on EUIN other details. Fill up all mandatory fields. 4. In email id put your personal email id only. 5. In Employee ARN put 0020 and click on Fetch employer’s details. 6. In employee branch details put your branch address correctly as EUIN card will be dispatched on same. Click on continue. 7. Upload latest colored photo (maximum file size should be 4MB) – Click on Save 8. Click on Ok. Your registration for Fresh EUIN generation will be complete. 9. Please send the screenshot of below notification on mfcertification@icicibank.com along with your Pan number and employee id; So that MF team can proceed with your EUIN payment. 10. CAMS will take 15 working days for EUIN generation. Please follow the TAT before sending follow up mails. 11. You will receive EUIN confirmation from MF certification team via email and SMS. B. For Renewal EUIN generation through online 1. 2. 3. 4. After one week of CPE training/NISM exam, NISM will mail your certificate on registered email id. Click on link https://web.camsonline.com/AMFI/login.aspx Click on Login – EUIN – put your EUIN number and password. Click on forgot password in case required. Link will be sent to your registered email ID. B. Process for Renewal EUIN generation through online document submission continued… B. After completion of registration please send the screenshot of notification on mfcertification@icicibank.com along with your Pan number and employee id. So that MF team can proceed with your EUIN payment. 6. In case you don’t remember your registered email id then mark mail on rl_lokesh-v@camsonline.com and amfiarn@camsonline.com for further help. Or, to change email id submit request letter mentioning the new email id to any nearest CAMS front office Or Please write a physical signed letter and send scan copy to rl_lokesh-v@camsonline.com and amfiarn@camsonline.com requesting them to update your new email id / With below details : PAN no., EUIN no., Old email id, New email id that needs to be updated. 7.If employee failed to inform MF certification team about their online EUIN submission at CAMS website within a week; then their submission will be deleted from CAMS website. 8.CAMS will take 15 working days for EUIN generation. Please follow the TAT before sending follow up mails. 9.You will receive EUIN confirmation from MF certification team via email and SMS. C. EUIN Transfer or EUIN Transfer with renewal: Please send scan image of EUIN documents as enlisted in table below, to mfcertification@icicibank.com C. EUIN Transfer or EUIN Transfer with renewal: Courier EUIN document after approval mfcertification@icicibank.com team will scrutinize your documents and only after receiving ok from our side you may courier the documents to ICICI Bank Ltd, 301,Grd. TAT for the EUIN generation is 30 to 35 working days from date of document receipt at CAMS. You will be informed via Email and SMS about your EUIN after we received from CAMS. For EUIN queries call Swati - 8850728199, Haresh - 7738037375 3. eCPE online / CPE classroom Renewal Process eCPE/ CPE – (Renewal of NISM EUIN code) Renewal of NISM certificate (EUIN code) can be initiated by attending eCPE online / CPE classroom training programme, from home/office at own convenience. Slot to be booked atleast 3 months prior to EUIN expiry date 1. Candidates can enroll for eCPE through NISM Certification Portal at https://certifications.nism.ac.in. 2. After login, click on Enrolment” eCPE “Module NISM series VA” & appropriate “Category”, e.g., Normal Renewal/Grandfathered by Age/Grandfathered by Experience. 3. Select date and time slot of choice. Pay Rs 2500. (Bank will refund later ) 4. After payment, candidates will receive eCPE login credentials on their email and SMS, one day prior to the selected date. 5. Please note that eCPE course access will be valid only on the selected date . If you miss it then there is no repeat. Click on NISM link enrolment enroll for eCPE /CPE Unregistered click on ‘same as profile address’ Make payment eCPE/ CPE – (Renewal of EUIN continued.. ) 6.There are very limited seats available for eCPE ; kindly select (offline) classroom CPE dates if (online) eCPE seats are full. 7. Attend training sincerely as there is short quiz/ exam at end of the training which you have to pass @min 60%. 8. After successful training the eCPE certificate will be sent on your personal email id in next 15 days. 9. Follow the online EUIN renewal process (Slide no. 26) and send successfully done registration screenshot to mfcertification@icicibank.com 10. TAT for the EUIN renewal is 10 days.
