Arduino Uno-based automatic safe deposit box security system Description Safe deposit boxes are used to keep valuables, important documents, and sentimental keepsakes protected. Safes have is function to protect valuables from theft or robbery. In this project, we will learn how to make the Safe deposit box System Using Arduino UNO, 4×3 Matrix Keypad, Servo Motor, and 16×2 LCD Display. Problem statement To make sure that every deposit box is safe people now look for countermeasures to protect it. With the vast and different forms of keeping it locked from unauthorized persons, many people tend to use low means of protection. Meanwhile, the deployment of more advanced technology like the use of digital security is a step forward. This project aims to keep deposit boxes safe and also easy to access. Objectives The purpose of this project is to find and evaluate an appropriate set of components for creating a safe deposit box utilizing Arduino, which gives outstanding security and speed access to the precise project objectives are as follows: • Experience with an automatic safe deposit box security system using a microcontroller. • Making a basic and safe deposit box with Arduino locking mechanism. QR code-enabled automated Library Books inventory system (Analysis Proposal for the Library of Southern Mindanao Colleges In-House System) Description This System will ensure all the books that are borrowed are returned with their corresponding details included. This System will also give a history detail which will provide the user's reference to locate and determine the borrower's pending borrowed items that are due upon them, This system will be able to scan books with QR codes as well as the borrower's ID. The QR code will serve as a printed symbol of machine-readable data that contains information about an item to help facilitate the item's identification and tracking. This System will also show when the book is not available. Problem Statement The Southern Mindanao College which is our school still doesn’t have a library management system. So, we came up with the idea of having a system that navigates a specific book by the use of a QR code. An automated Library Books inventory system is an infrastructure that allows users to search books and get information about the book. The problem is that the school is unsure if all loaned books are returned with their associated information, also searching for the information of the books and writing student information is time-consuming and sometimes not accurate. The difficulty of knowing when the books must be returned is too inconvenient because there are too many students who are borrowing books from the library and the librarian can’t handle them all at the same time, the librarian also can’t keep track of the schedules and due date that are given to the students. Objectives Its goal is to develop an inventory system for the student and teachers in Southern Mindanao Colleges. To improve the manual system of borrowing and returning items from and to the library through the use of QR codes. This system will be capable of accepting scanned Books with QR code and the borrower's ID that will be stored in the Automated system using Visual studio 2013 to easily monitor the books and prepare inventory reports. It is much easier for students and teachers to borrow a book and find information about it.
