Maintenance Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
1. All emergency and regular maintenance work of ULAB properties, e.g. paint work, civil work,
electric work (fan, light, AC, regular electrical check), chair repair, lock repair etc.;
2. In charge of (thereby responsible for) substation/generator including fuel calculation and lift
supervision;
3. Track & collect service requests from different floors and solve it.
4. Support various ULAB events on the issues related to the position;
5. Telephone line And PABX maintenance;
6. Prepare purchase requisition for electrical materials;
7. Manage deed agreement and warranty issues of all electrical materials;
8. Liaison with DESA, DESCO & other government bodies;
9. Execute any other assignment as and when required by the University authority.
