I am writing to you on behalf of Fe Del Mundo Medical Center, a multi-specialty hospital
caring for individuals of all ages, dedicated to promoting health and wellness within our

As you may be aware, the 4th week of July is Diabetes Awareness Week. Diabetes is a
chronic condition affecting millions of individuals worldwide, and its prevalence
continues to rise. Early detection and regular monitoring of blood sugar levels play a
crucial role in effective diabetes management, reducing the risk of complications and
improving overall quality of life for those affected. Unfortunately, due to financial
constraints, many individuals in our community are unable to access regular blood sugar
testing.
In order to address this critical need, we are planning to organize a series of Free Blood
Glucose Testing in our hospital on July 7, 2023. Our aim is to provide individuals with the
opportunity to get their blood sugar levels checked by healthcare professionals and
receive educational materials on diabetes prevention and management.
However, to make this initiative a success, we are seeking sponsorship associated with
blood sugar testing supplies. We believe that DKSH shares our commitment to improving
the health and well-being of the community, and we kindly request your support in the
