2. Prepare a short speech on the topic, consisting of:

II. Supporting points (2-3 reasons)
III. Refutation/Rebuttal
IV. Conclusion
3. Time: 3 – 5 minutes
4. Submit an outline of the speech on LMS (sample attached).
