Location: Fence near the security booth, Viti Foods Limited [VFL] premises
Overall incident detailing
On the above-mentioned date and time, an incident occurred involving the VFL fence. The
incident was caused by the Palas Auto Fuel truck during the driver's attempt to reverse from the
Higgins Yard. As a result, the fence got damaged.
The incident was promptly reported to VFL SHE Officer and Engineering Supervisor by the on-site
security personnel who witnessed the incident.

Actions Taken:
 The incident was reported to the appropriate authorities, i.e., CJ Patel Properties & Palas
Auto Services Limited.
 The truck driver, Mr. Parnesh Prasad, acknowledged the incident and has taken
responsibility for the repair works.
 The matter has been communicated to the Palas Auto Services Limited operations
manager, Mr. Ajay. [Contact Number: 9993488]
Action to be Taken:
 Re-installation of the fence to its original position to be done by Palas Auto Services
Limited as soon as possible to restore the integrity and security of the Viti Foods Limited
premises.
