Confide Behavioral Health NavigatorSM
One-stop concierge program for associates and their household members that provides around-the-clock support for
emotional health concerns big and small. Confide can assist you with identifying and coordinating the mental health
resources available to you, including in-person and virtual care through the Employee Assistance Program or your
medical plan, as well as on-demand coaching and resources through a host of digital tools such as Happify and iPrevail.
Ovia Health
Maternity and family benefits solution that offers support to associates starting a family, having a healthy pregnancy
and navigating the early years of parenthood. Through their range of apps, Ovia Health provides access to expert
content and tips, personalized health insights and on-demand health coaching with registered nurses; available to
all benefit-eligible U.S. associates and their partners.
IncentFit
Annual allowance of up to $250 for fitness- and wellness-related purchases and ergonomic home office equipment,
such as office chairs and standing desks. All reimbursements are subject to applicable taxes.
Rethink Benefits
Specialized program that is designed to provide support to parents and caregivers raising children with learning, social
or behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities. With Rethink, you and your partners in caregiving have access
to comprehensive, web-based tools and resources as well as 24/7 access to virtual consultation sessions with a team
of behavioral experts and special educators. Whether you are dealing with the challenges that come with caring for
a child with special needs or looking for help with addressing a short-term behavioral issue (e.g., tantrums), Rethink’s
resources can help you. The program is available at no cost, has no age restriction, requires no diagnosis and is
completely confidential.

401(k) match
Accidental Injury and Critical Illness insurance
Discretionary-based plan; Gartner has historically matched
100% on first 4% (of total compensation) contributed, up to
a maximum of $7,200 per calendar year:
Accidental Injury and Critical Illness plans are designed
to provide additional financial protection for expenses
associated with an unplanned covered accident or illness.
The benefits are paid directly to you and you can use the
money to pay for expenses such as rehabilitation,
transportation, childcare, groceries, mortgage or any
other expenses. You receive the benefit in a lump sum
payment, even if you have other insurance.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Quarterly offering periods, during which you may elect
to have 1% to 10% of target compensation set aside for
purchase of company shares at end of period; purchase
made at a 5% discount on closing price.
Life insurance
Choose between company-paid basic coverage
of either $50,000 or 2x total target compensation.
Supplemental life insurance policies available from
1x to 8x total target compensation, up to $3 million total
between Basic and Optional, subject to proof of good
health/underwriting, depending upon election amount.
Dependent life insurance
Option to buy coverage for spouse or domestic partner
(coverage amount from $10,000 to $250,000) and
children (coverage amounts $5,000 or $10,000).
Short-term disability (STD)
Company-paid benefit of 100% of weekly base salary
for first eight weeks and 80% for next five weeks, for a
maximum of 13 weeks, beginning on first day of accident
or hospitalization (30-day waiting period for new hires).
Long-term disability (LTD)
Company-paid benefit at 50% of monthly earnings
up to $12,500/month; can purchase additional 10%
supplemental LTD for a combined maximum of up
to $15,000/month or $180,000/year.

ccidental Injury pays for treatments or injuries
resulting from a covered accident, such as broken
bone, burns, lacerations, etc.
• C
ritical Illness pays a lump sum if you or a covered
family member is diagnosed with a covered illness,
such heart attack, stroke, or cancer, after coverage is
in effect. The benefit level varies based on diagnosis
and is in addition to medical coverage.
Adoption and surrogacy assistance
Associates expanding their families through adoption
and surrogacy are eligible to receive reimbursement
for up to $20,000 for qualified adoption/surrogacy
expenses. The benefit is administered by WinFertility.

Holiday policy
Nine total days (eight holidays, plus one floating holiday):
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day
after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
The floating holiday may be used to celebrate any
day that is important to you, such as Veterans Day,
Juneteenth, Election Day, a religious holiday, or any
other day that you wish to observe for any reason.
You are encouraged to take your floating holiday; it
will not carry over from one year to the next and is
not paid out upon termination.
The following parental leave is available following
birth or adoption:

Birth mothers are also eligible for short-term disability
leave to recover from childbirth.

A free, confidential Employee Assistance Program

Gartner Gives charity match
Employee resource groups
To encourage and support the generosity and
community involvement of our associates, Gartner
offers a gift-matching program called Gartner Gives,
which provides matching funds to qualified charitable
organizations that associates personally support. The
maximum amount matched per associate per calendar
year is $5,000. New hires receive a $25 credit to their
charity match account that can be used within 90
days of their date of hire toward any eligible charitable
organization of their choice.
Employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary,
associate-driven groups that bring individuals together
and foster a diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace.
All associates are welcome to join any or all ERGs: Black
Employee Network, Collective Abilities Network, Mosaic
at Gartner, Pride at Gartner, Veterans at Gartner, and

Associate Assistance Fund
The Gartner Gives Associate Assistance Fund
provides tax-free grants to associates who experience
