If not already displayed, pull down the View menu and select Method & Run Control 2. Pull down the Method menu and select Load Method 3. Choose the method and select the OK button Load the data file for the STANDARD injection 1. Pull down the View menu and select Data Analysis 2. Pull down the File and select Load Signal 3. Select the data file of your standard injection 4. Enable Integrate After Signal Load in Signal Options 5. Select the OK button on the display window Create the new calibration table 1. Pull down the Calibration menu and select Calibrate / Recalibrate 2. Select New Table in the Calibration section 3. Compound name in the Compound column 2. Amount for the compound in the Amount column 3. If the peak is a reference peak, check the Ref column 4. If the compound is an internal standard, check the ISTD column and enter a designation of 1 in the I# column 5. Accept the entered information by selecting the Enter button on the display window 6. Repeat steps 1-5 for all other peaks of interest in the calibration table Remove unwanted peaks from a calibration table 1. Select the peak to be removed by <clicking> in the row to be deleted 2. Select the Delete button on the display window 3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for all remaining unwanted peaks in the calibration table 4. Select the OK button on the display window Save the Method 1. Pull down the File menu and select Save As/ Method 2. Enter a new name, or accept the current name for the method 3.
