• Hi-Tech Mall is one of the premium mall located at the heart of India’s silicon valley Bengaluru. In the third floor of Hi-Tech mall there is a small food court, which is run by Tasty
Foods Inc.
• There are three self service outlets in the food court - Pizza, Paratha and Ice Cream Outlet
• The food court has common seating area with a single billing counter.
• The customers place their orders at the billing counter -> Collect the coupons from the billing
counter -> Go to the respective outlets to give the coupon -> Outlet prepares the food items > Customer collects the order from the outlet -> Dine at the seating area.
• The entire customer ordering process is carried out manually at the moment.
