ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT: STAKEHOLDERS SUPPORT IN
DCES SCHOOL PERIMETER FENCE PROJECT
I. Introduction:
Over the past years, I have actively worked towards fostering strong relationships with
stakeholders involved in the DCES-School Perimeter Fence Project. The success of any
project relies heavily on the support and collaboration of its stakeholders, and I am
pleased to share the significant accomplishments in this area.
II. Identified and Engaged Key Stakeholders:
1. Conducted Stakeholder Analysis: At the beginning of the project, I led a comprehensive
stakeholder analysis to identify all relevant parties, their interests, and their potential
impact on the project's success.
2. Established Communication Channels: To ensure efficient communication, I set up various
channels, including regular meetings, emails, and an online collaboration platform,
enabling continuous engagement and feedback.
III. Cultivated Strong Stakeholder Relationships:
1. Regular Communication and Updates: Throughout the project's duration, I maintained
regular communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress,
challenges, and opportunities.
2. Addressed Concerns and Queries: I promptly addressed stakeholders' concerns and
queries, ensuring that their voices were heard and acted upon.
3. Individualized Engagement Strategies: Recognizing that each stakeholder had unique
interests and requirements, I tailored engagement strategies, accordingly, fostering a
sense of inclusion and commitment.
IV. Secured Stakeholder Support:
1. Gained Active Support: Through effective communication and transparent reporting, I
successfully gained the active support of key stakeholders, including the list names or
organizations as follows:
