Class structure should follow the below: o Goal o Activity o Materials needed (if required) o Discussion o Reflection/endingng (Keep it simple pls) Set time estimates for every segment of the class and try to follow it as much as possible. It may be preferable to start every class with breathing exercises (Mindfulness) for a few minutes. Remember to always be positive and portray excitement, to motivate the students and keep them engaged.
