Submersible Mixer
QJB submersible mixers are able to be located at any position. They have the best
efficiency. They are widely used in waste water treatment plants and industry
process to agitate the suspended substances contained water, watery slurry, icy
water, liquid from industry process, roast liquid, etc. They can be also used to create
water flow in the tank, to open up water channel, to oxygenate fishing pound, to
prevent pound form icing.
Application
The submersible mixers are mainly used for mixing and making ring flows in the
process of municipal and industrial sewage treatment and can also be used for
equipment maintenance of the landscape water circulation through agitation, they
can achieve the function of creating water flow, improving water quality, increasing
oxygen content in the water and effectively preventing the sedimentation of the

QJB Low Speed Mixer/Flow Propeller
QJB Submersible flow propeller is extensively used for the oxidizing flow propelling
and agitation in various types of biochemical tanks during the water treatment
process, also can be used for river frost protection and, landscape water circulation
etc.. The low-speed flow propeller consists of submersible motor, speed-reducing
device, blades, and installation system etc. The product is characterized by low
power (1.5-7.5KW), low rotate speed (34~85rpm), large diameter of the blades
(1100-2800mm),low- speed rotation, production of large-volume flow field and wide
scope of service. The sweptback, banana-shaped blades have self- cleaning function,
which is finishing cast with PU or glass fibre reinforced plastics and highlighted by
light weight, high strength, and good anti-corrosion etc. The excellent frictional
property can ensure the a good damping effectiveness with the fluid in low speed
movement status to produce gradual water flow.

Working Condition
The agitators can be operated normally and continuously at the following conditions:
1. Altitude of up to 1000m; 2. Max medium temperature of up to 40º C; 3. Medium
pH of between 5 and 9; 4. Liquid density of up to 1150kg/m3 5. Submersion depth of
up to 20m; 6. Viscosity of up to 50cp in tank of volume between 1000 and 3000m3,
viscosity of up to 1000cp in tank of volume between 500 and 700m3.
Typical Usage
The agitator power is decided on the volume, density and viscosity of the agitated
liquid and agitating depth. Several agitator are used in large tank.

WQ Submersible Sewage Pumps
WQ submersible sewage pump is researched on the up-to -date technology. We have
more than 30 years of experiences in design and manufacturing of pump. After
several period of constant technical innovation, it has become more reliable and
sophisticated. Its design has been streamlined with chart playing and it has
advantages such as more efficiency and stability, winding protection, no clogging,
more reliability, automatic coupling, automatic control and automatic protection.
The pump and the motor are sharing the same shaft to form a compact structure,
which is easy to maintain and install. Upon customer's request, various submersible
sewage pumps are available to meet voltage and technical requirements.
Application:
Be mainly used for the drainage of serious polluted water in factory or commerce. Be
used for the drainage of sewage in residential area、sewage in hospital and hotel、
the water supply and drainage in waterworks、 the water supply and drainage
system in municipal sewage treatment factory、 the drainage of water in civil air
defense system、 the municipal engineering and construction site、 agricultural
methane and agricultural irrigation.
Working Conditions:
PH of medium: 5-9,
The temperature of water is less than 60℃.
The content of impurity is less than 25%.
Installation Methods:The pump can be installed in fixed and free stand style.
Fixed Wet Installation: The unique auto-coupling system owned by our corporation is
used. The pump slips down to the duck-foot pedestal along the guide rail and
positioned automatically, tightly and reliably. Free stand Installation
Pump stand on the bottom by support plate and connected with the flexible pipe.
This kind of installation is used in emergency, maintenance and construction (limit to
the pump with power less than 4 kW.)

Characteristic
1. By adopting ashland process to make impeller blade and epoxy coating
process in impeller vane, we make sure that the products have an excellent
performance and long service life.
2. Standard Impeller is enclosed, Open will pass larger solids. Pump
performance can be changed by adjusting the impeller clearances. Shaft
transmits power from driver to bowl assembly
3. Both Impeller shaft and motor shaft are adopted by the bronze bearing
as their supporting. The radial of the shaft is less than 0.13mm, which meets

Full-Automatic Trash Rake Bar Screen with Good Performance
The mechanical rake screen is driven main shaft rotating by driven device, the
sprocket in main shaft two sides to make traction chain do rotary motion,
uniform distribution rake tooth in circular chain, the rake spacing and bar
screen spacing staggered paralleling.
When rotational motion move rake tooth insert confirm bar space move
ascending, the suspended solid which intercept by bar screen was scrape to
platform upper end discharging position, and the screen residues can
discharge into conveyor or residues cars .
This equipment is composed of special rake teeth made of engineering plastic
(ABS), nylon or stainless steel which are orderly assembled rake teeth shaft to
form close rake teeth chain. The lower part of that is in water of intake canal.
When transport system drives the chain wheel to rotate at constant speed,
the whole rake chain shall move up and down and carry the solid waste to
separate from the liquid. The liquid shall flow through the bar gas of the rake
teeth. The whole process shall operate continuously. Due to the special
structure and shape of the rake teeth, when the rake teeth chain carries the
waste to reach the top and move in reverse, there shall be relative self-clean
movement between front teeth and back teeth. The dregs shall drop on
weight. There are pair of brush at the back of equipment to ensure every row
of teeth to be completely cleaned when moving to the position.
