E PODENT 2023 CHENNAI Allocation for Space All space requests received for Expodent 2023, Chennai will be considered according to the time of receipt of advance payments. Applications for booth space will be accepted without any time limitation based on space availability. Every effort will be made to offer the exhibitors their preferred location as per availability. However the Organizing Core Committee reserves the right to the final decision. Exhibition Cum Sale Transactions Under GST : For Company who does not have registration in Tamilnadu You have to register as “Casual Taxable person (CTP)” which is compulsory. This registration you can do online from your place of business. Registration is not the responsibility of the organizers, it is totally your responsibility. All the information given below you have to abide by. • All the Participants in an exhibition shall take registration in the state where the exhibition is held as a “Casual Taxable person (CTP)” • Details required for outstation dealers (Other than Tamilnadu) for obtaining Temporary Casual dealers Registration. Range : II Circle : NANDAMBAKKAM Commissionerate : CHENNAI SOUTH Division : PORUR • Application for registration shall be made at least 5 days prior to commencement of exhibition. • Security deposit of amount equivalent to estimated tax liability shall be given and the security deposit will be adjusted against tax liability. • Registration is valid for 90 days. • After obtaining the registration the CTP can transport the goods to exhibition venue by way of Tax invoice charging GST from his registered business place / factory. • Every sale at the exhibition venue the CTP shall issue Tax invoice to customer and charge applicable GST • The CTP has to file Monthly return as well as annual return for the registration obtained same time. • After completion of exhibition any unsold stock can be taken back by raising invoice to his regular place of registered business place / factory. • Annual turnover limit of Rs. 20,00,000/- is not applicable to Casual taxable person. • Seperate Registration Certificate from Drug Control Department (From MD - 42) is must for all Traders to Display & Sell products during the event. Request for Cancellation / Refund Cancellation of exhibition space should be made in writing to Expodent 2023, Chennai not later than 5th March 2023 and the paid amount will be refunded if cancelled with valid reason. However the Committee reserves the right to final decision.
