Understanding the need to adapt to these changing trends, Arora’s Bakery is embarking on an exciting venture to launch an Online Bakery Delivery App. This innovative app aims to revolutionize the way customers interact with the bakery, offering them a seamless and convenient platform to explore an extensive array of freshly baked products and place orders from the comfort of their homes or on-the-go. By leveraging the power of modern technology and user-friendly interfaces, the app seeks to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and broaden the bakery's customer base, solidifying its position as a frontrunner in the competitive market. Study Details Research Questions 1.What are the primary motivations and preferences of customers in choosing to order bakery products through the Online Bakery Delivery App instead of traditional in-store purchases? 2.How does the Online Bakery Delivery App impact the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the bakery shop's delivery system? 3.What are the most significant challenges faced by customers when using the app, and how can these challenges be addressed to improve the overall user experience? 4.What marketing strategies can be employed to promote the Online Bakery Delivery App effectively and attract a larger customer base? Participants Methodology 10 participants 25-30 minutes Participants between the ages of 16-60 who reside in urban and rural areas. Participants order out at least twice times in a week. I don’t like a too-perfect cake.
