Introduction
This document describes how to install the Argos software.




Install Indusoft
Install Microsoft SQL Express
Download Argos
Install Argos and Run Software
Setup
You must have a couple items installed on your PC or the software to function properly.
Install Indusoft
1. Go to the Indusoft webpage and download the latest version of the software. www.indusoft.com
2. You will need to register - http://www.indusoft.com/Products-Downloads
Install Microsoft SQL Server Express
1. Go to the Microsoft webpage and download the latest version of SQL Express.
2. You can find this at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-editions-express
3. Also install the SQL Management studio – it is not needed but is a good tool.

Download the ARGOS Software
1. Go to the Control Boss website and download the Argos software. www.controlboss.com
2. The download is a .zip file. Extract the files. Open Indusoft as an administrator by right clicking on the
Indusoft icon and selecting run as administrator.

4. In the Indusoft application open the Argos project.

6. Browse to the location where you unzipped the Argos software and click on the project file.

8. Once the project is opened. Run the program in Indusoft by clicking:
