STEP 1
REPORT AT ACADEMIC BUILDING
REPORT AT MAIN GATE
❖ Report at Old Academic Block for Physical
Verification of Documents.
❖ You will be required to report to the
academic building at designated time
slots provided to you (will be informed
accordingly
in
whatsapp
groups),
beginning 10:00 AM, 13th July.
❖ Time slots will extend only upto 6:00 PM
on 13th July, the rest of the candidates
will be called on 14th July beginning from
10:00 AM, 14th July.
❖ All your documents will be verified by the
admission authorities, followed by
biometric verification by CAT authorities.
❖ There will be banks available for loan
process in the old academic building.
❖ You are to report at least in smart casuals
in the old academic building.

❖ No Reporting at campus prior to 4 A.M.
on 13th July, 2023.
❖ Report at the Main Gate of the IIMBG
Campus.
❖ Provide the TRC allotted to you and show
a valid ID to the authorities present at the
Gate when asked.

STEP 2
REPORT AT HOSTEL
❖ Report at the Hostel Block allotted to you
(Mail regarding same will be sent by 13th
July Morning)
❖ You will be provided with your allotted
Hostel Room Keys from 8:00 AM, 13th July.
❖ You will be required to provide your
unique TRC to the Hostel Authorities
present at the registration desk at your
hostel block.
❖ Fill the Hostel Room Allotment Form with
the picture of your room key with the key
number visible in the picture.
❖ Once keys are handed over, you can enter
your officially allotted rooms and make
your arrangements accordingly.

STEP 4
ACCOMMODATE YOURSELF
❖ You and your parents are allowed to make
your arrangements in your hostel rooms
until 8:00 PM on 13th and 14th July.
❖ No parents will be allowed to stay for the
night at the hostel rooms allotted to you.
❖ You are allowed to reside outside the
campus up until the morning of 15th July,
when you will be asked to report back to
campus to proceed to the Mahabodhi
Convention Centre for the batch induction
ceremony (detailed instructions will be
provided by the office appropriately).
❖ You will not be allowed to reside outside
campus from the morning of 15th July.
NOTE: Candidates permitted by the Admission
Office to report on a later date need not follow
these instructions. You'll be informed later.
