DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, ALDRIN NEIL D. JACOB, died intestate at Naga City on
September 28, 2022, leaving no will nor debts unsettled to date but leaving DepEd
Terminal Leave Benefits as PSDS of Pamplona District, Pamplona, Camarines Sur;
WHEREAS, at the time of his death, he left as compulsory/forced heirs, his
wife and children, namely:
BERNARDITA L. JACOB, VERNON PAUL L. JACOB, CHRISTINE DARLEN
L. JACOB, MARJORIE JOY L. JACOB, GARRY KING L. JACOB, ALEXEI MICKY
SVETOZAR L. JACOB and PRINCESS LISERIE L. JACOB, all of legal age except
Alexei and Princess, who are both minors and represented by their mother
Bernardita, Filipino Citizens and residents of Minalabac, Camarines Sur;
W I T N E S S E T H: That –
The above-named parties are the sole and only surviving compulsory heirs
of the late Aldrin Neil D. Jacob (“DECEASED”), who died intestate last September
28, 2022, without any will; Copy of the decedent’s Death Certificate is hereto
attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof;
The DECEASED, at the time of his death, left the DepEd Terminal Leave
Benefits;
The parties hereto, namely, BERNARDITA L. JACOB, VERNON PAUL L.
JACOB, MARJORIE JOY L. JACOB, GARRY KING L. JACOB, ALEXEI MICKY
SVETOZAR L. JACOB and PRINCESS LISERIE L. JACOB, all being of legal age and
with full civil capacity to contract and to sign for and in their own behalf (except
Alexei and Princess who are minors and represented by their mother Bernardita),
hereby by these presents agree to divide equally and adjudicate, as they hereby
divide and adjudicate unto themselves their above-described benefit;
No other personal and real properties are involved in this Extrajudicial
Settlement of Estate;
To the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said
deceased left no debts;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 16th day of
June, 2023 at Naga City, Philippines.
