JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS SURVEY REPORT
1.0
General: - With Reference to the D. O. No. 4-23/2012 TP/RTPC Dated at ND
the 27.10.2014, it was decided to complete the survey on priority bases to lay
new Optical Fiber Cable, which is required between Telephone Exchange Jind
and Telephone Exchange Assandh section for new upcoming systems.
Therefore a new alternate route is planned and surveyed accordingly for this
section.
2.0
In accordance, the Survey of Jind to Assandh, OFC alternate route work was
undertaken by Sh. Shri Harish Kumar DE TP, Ambala and Shri Bhagat
Ram SDE TP, Ambala jointly with Shri Raj Kumar DE (NTR), Karnal and
Shri Nitin Kumar JTO (NTR) Jind.
3.0
The 24 Fiber new OFC route will connect Jind, and Assandh.
4.0
The Proposed OFC Cable will be laid from T.E. JInd to T.E. Assandh via
Nagoora by making provision of T-Joints for SSA Exchange/BTS falls on
the route. Proposed OFC will be laid on the extreme edge of the road
boundary through PLB pipe with HDD method in built up area. Soil is soft &
difficulty will be anticipated in trenching and cable laying in some of the area
where ever road land is encroached by the formers & road land is water logged.
