The Learning Action Cell started at 10:00 am held at Reading Room. Present were
Mrs. Perla B. Galang, Master Teacher in-charge, and teachers from Kindergarten and Grade
1.
An opening prayer was led by Mrs. Maribeth Musong, followed by an opening remark
given by Ma’am Galang. She gave updates on work-related matters and the following were
comprehensively discussed:
The principal, Dr. Flora D. Domer, presided the meeting. The following topics were
presented and discussed.
1. PSDS and EPS Visitation
2. Feedback from PSDS and EPS
3. Classroom Observation
4. Review Teacher and Learner Feedback to Plan, Facilitate, and Enrich Teaching
Practice
5. Calendar of Activities
6. Wellness
Monitoring the readiness of the classroom and the parts of the lesson plan aligned in
DBOW will be the focus of the supervisory plan for this month to ensure that the learning
environment of the learners as well as the activities will be able to address the learning needs
of the learners. Same objectives are observed to maximize the classroom management of the
teachers.
Planning for coaching and mentoring sessions and LAC had been discussed to plan,
facilitate, and enrich the teaching practice through the use of teacher and learner feedback.
The calendar of activities had been discussed thoroughly for everybody to be guided
and be well informed of the things that would transpire in the future.
The classroom observation tools had been discussed thoroughly by the principal that
would start on February 13, 2023 for third and fourth quarter.
WINS activities will be implemented due to its importance however, the school will
not join the contest but the school will not join the contest.
Weekly reporting on sexual abuse, Covid cases and WINS will be continued weekly.
The sharing of insights regarding the topics, made the session more engaging and
added valuable learnings to everyone.
The session ended at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
