Drawback: If the barcode of certain items is worn out then it’s impossible to calculate the price of it, You need barcode scanners to find the prices, so buying the scanners are very costly. 2nd Use: They can be used to track and manage certain orders, for ex when we order an item from daraz it always comes with a barcode on it to figure what item it is Benefits: They are very efficient, they reduce errors produced by humans, they also save money by the prevention of production of paper for ex: menus, letters, etc., They enhance customer services, they also can provide analytical feedbacks 1ST Use: Restaurants can use QR Codes for their menus, and can also use the codes for getting feedbacks from the customers. Drawback: Hackers could mislead people into installing viruses into their devices, Worn-Out QR codes are unable to work, They also need consistent maintenance checkups unlike normal papers. 2nd Use: QR codes can be used to redirect people to certain links very easily despite typing the link manually into the search bar, People can also avail certain offers given by certain companies. Benefits: 2d and 3d scanners can be used to input information on certain objects or papers into the computer, And they are high in flexibility meaning they can be used to insert information of basically anything 1ST Use: Scanners are used to scan barcodes and QR codes of certain items to find out their prices Drawback: They are very high in cost, they are limited to only 2D and 3D and since 1D is more common they can’t be used on them. 2nd Use: They are used to finding out the what item is placed inside the package by scanning their barcodes Benefits: They can be used to store certain images into the micro SD’s which can be later transferred inside the computer, Most Digital cameras or you can say all the cameras are high quality and can take pictures very well 1ST Use: They are used to take pictures on memorable occasions of a family Drawback: They are extremely fragile meaning that once they are dropped they can break easily, but not most of the cameras are that fragile, If the micro SD is damaged (Which is common) the data and all the images are lost.
