QUARTER I
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
Throughout this phase, learners past knowledge is assessed as a critical initial step in
ensuring that they can follow classroom directions. This quarter involves the
development and execution of strategies that actively engage students in classroom
instruction, improve their involvement, and foster instructional student learning
abilities. It is expected that the learners must be able to explain why knowing oneself
can make a person accept his/her strength and limitations and ultimately improve
his/her perception and behavior towards other; and share his/her unique
characteristics, habits and experiences.
The following strategies and techniques will be implemented to identify learning
objectives and outcomes.

Developing well-written learning objectives with learning outcome.

Enabling strategies for assessing students' strengths and weaknesses,
identifying areas for development, and strategizing goals for improving
students' skills to achieve academic goals.

The learning outcome is such that the students will demonstrate their
understanding by writing a reflection entitled “ Who Am I” and present their
outputs before the class.

QUARTER II
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
Now that the learning objectives and outcomes have been established, I will proceed
to plan and create the activity by considering the following:

Provide clear and specific instructions to students on tasks.

Provide clear and specific instructions to students before the session.

I will outline the steps of how students will engage with each other in completing
the instructional activity.

Establish and communicate ground rules and guidelines for group etiquette.

Will assign roles and responsibilities for group discussion

Provide an agenda that includes a timeline of the topics and activities to be
covered during the session.

Provide verbal feedback that is consistent and fair.

Consider how the in-class activity will continue after class in order to extend the
learning process and experience.

Communicate to students after the session, and prepare a rubric for assessing
student effort, through technology, or media that will be utilized in the
classroom, for students to access outside the classrooms.

QUARTER III
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
In this period the following techniques are utilized to constantly enhance the student’s
performance and increase their broad knowledge on leadership structures.

I will evaluate the effectiveness of the active learning exercise to see if it aids
student comprehension and meets the learning objectives.

Learners are able to present alternatives solutions in situations that relate to
political legitimacy and authority and appreciate the significance of leadership
by creating their own leadership quote.

QUARTER IV
REFLECTION ON A LEARNER-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY
In this period the following techniques are utilized to constantly enhance the
student’s performance and increase their broad knowledge in educational culture
and philosophies.

Provide clear and specific instructions to students on tasks.

Provide clear and specific instructions to students before the session.

I will outline the steps of how students will engage with each other in completing
the instructional activity.

Establish and communicate ground rules and guidelines for group etiquette.

Will assign roles and responsibilities for group discussion.

Assessments will be developed to involve a range of strategies through any
form of creative interpretation.
At this quarter the following goals would have been well defined by the following
factors:

To have instill on the students with intrinsic motivation to learn

To develop well rounded students, including physically, socially and
emotionally.

To develop the student thinking skills

To promote good mental health in the students.
