NOTES:
1.
All the Attendees are required to submit the “Hong Kong Squash Activity - Health Declaration Form” before
the clinic starts.
2.
It is compulsory for all new league players to attend one Referee Refresher Clinic or Referee Course.
3.
All registered players of D4-19, L2 and L3, who have yet to obtain a valid attendance record since 1 Jan 2015, are
still obliged to fulfill the attendance requirement in this season.
4.
Masters divisions (except new Masters Players) are exempted from taking the Referee Refresher Clinic. However,
players in the Masters Divisions who are also registered players in D4- 19 & L2- L3 (e.g. Player A is registered in 2
teams at the same time, M3 ABC and Div 18 XYZ) are also required to meet the above requirement.
5.
If players cannot fulfill the attendance requirement by 31 Jan 2022, one point per match will be deducted
from his/her team scores for each match he/she played on or after 1 Feb 2022. No notification will be sent and
all penalty points taken away are irrevocable.
6.
Sign in and out in person are required in order to validate the attendance.
7.
Attendees should report 10 minutes before the clinic starts. No separate reminder will be sent.
