I'm going to fully depress the brake and wait for
the gauges to stabilize.
(Point to the primary and secondary air gauges).
I will be checking to make sure I don't lose more
than 4 PSI in one minute.
While listening for air leaks
Please remember that the

Air Brake Test
There are three stages to an air brake
Test
Stage #1 applied pressure test.
Stage #2 Pump down to warning light and buzzer.
Stage #3 Pump down till tractor protection valve
and The parking brake valve pops out.
To prepare for the Air Brake Test
The air pressure must be 120 to 125 PSI or to
governor cut out.
Put the truck into neutral.
Push the tractor protection valves in.
This will release the parking brakes.
Wait for the air tanks to fill up.
(Make sure the air has stopped leaking from both
protection valves).
Then turn the engine off.
Turn the key back to the on position.
"After Application of the brakes and
