Based on the TDD MRO Site NBR Cells ANR
was disabled to improve the HOSR.
HOSR analysis found that handover is
happening with the high inter site distance
and getting failed.
New NBR site got on aired but due to the
ANR disabled HO getting failed.
Post enabling the ANR we found that HOSR
Improved Significantly.
Case is based on the Particular issue.
