Introduction
I have done my internship from internshala.com.
This website basically offers certified
internships on various courses. And web
development is one of the courses in which I
have done my internship. My internship
duration was from 4th June to 4th July. In this
course I understood many languages like
HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
What is web Development ?
Web development refers to the creating, building, and maintaining of
websites. It includes aspects such as web design, web publishing, web
programming, and database management. It is the creation of an
application that works over the internet i.e. websites.
The word Web Development is made up of two words, that is:
Web: It refers to websites, web pages or anything that works over the
internet.
Development: It refers to building the application from
scratch.
Web development consists of front-end and back-end components:
Front-end development consists of the user interface (UI) and the look
and feel of the website or application.
Back-end development consists of the databases, logic, APIs, servers
and everything else that powers the website behind the scenes.
Skills Developed
During this internship, I developed a arrange of valuable skills that
have enhanced my professional growth and prepare me for future.
Some of the skills I have enhanced:
HTML: This is one of the fundamental building blocks of the web.
HTML, or “HyperText Markup Language,” It uses a syntax of tags to
change the way text is displayed, for instance. It can also define
where images go on a page.
CSS: CSS or “Cascading Style Sheets” works with HTML to create the
format for web pages. It works on top of the foundation of a page
that was created with HTML. It also helps adapt pages to different
formats optimized for desktops or mobile devices.
JAVASCRIPT: JavaScript, which is often abbreviated to JS, is another
front-end programming language that is one of the core
technologies of the World Wide Web, alongside HTML and CSS. HTML
& CSS are used to control presentation, formatting, and layout,
JavaScript is used to control the behavior of different web elements.
Landing Page
The 1st week of the internship period I completed my
LEVEL-1 Task-1 which is to make a Landing Page. I
made the structure of the landing page using HTML ,
then I designed the user interface of the landing
page using CSS. A landing page is one of the best
web development projects for beginners. This project
demands a foundational understanding of HTML and
CSS. I made a navbar which consists arttributes like
Home , Converter , Calculator.

Conclusion
After completing my internship, I had been exposed to an
programmer working life.
Throughout my internship, I could understand more about the
definations of an IT and programmer and prepare myself to
become a responsible and innovative technician and
programmer in future.
Along my internship period, I realise that observation is the main
element to find out the root cause of a problem.
Not only for my projects but daily activities too.
In future, I have to learn new technology and then implement
those skills.
