1. DESCRIPTION
This app is designed to manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles. Its main function is to
enable drivers to perform a weekly assessment of the car's interior and exterior condition. This
assessment is a crucial part of the workflow and must be completed on a weekly basis to
ensure the optimal performance and safety of the fleet.
2. FLEET VEHICLE CHECK APP
Please open your shopping app, such as the App Store for Apple devices or Google Play for
Android devices, and search for the Fleet Vehicle Check app. Once you find it, log in using
the credentials that were provided to you by the Group Head or Human Resource Manager.
3. VEHICLE CHECK
To begin using the app, you need to add your Vehicle Registration on the home page.
Please note that all license plates are allocated, so it's essential to select the correct one. If
you're unsure which vehicle you're assigned to, please consult with the Group Head or
Human Resource Manager.

2. Two options will be displayed. Both options are mandatory to complete the weekly
inspection of the vehicle. The order in which they are completed does not matter.

3.3 Odometer
After the completion of the two inspections, the final stage of the analysis will commence.
Please record the resulting odometer value on the day of the inspection. This information will
be used by the Group Head to schedule and inspect fleet vehicles, when necessary, based
on the mileage sent through the application.
4. ISSUE REPORT
To report any accidents or issues, please use the 'report an incident' option in the application's
main menu.

The more details, photos, and additional information provided through the application, the
easier it will be to resolve the issue.
Once a report is submitted, the responsible person for the fleet will be contacted, who will then
escalate the issue to the Group Head for necessary action. The resolution time for small issues
or reports is within 30 minutes to 24 hours, while major problems and accidents may take up
to a week depending on their severity and the level of detail provided in the report.
