Objective:
DepEd Cebu City Division, Curriculum Implementation
Division headed by Mrs. Grecia F. Bataluna, CID Chief,
conducted Focal Group Discussion among all subject
area coordinators once every Quarter to give technical
assistance to teachers on the implementation of the
Curriculum, the use of the modules, distribution and
retrieval of modules. Aside from the FGD, the CID also
regularly conducted Virtual FIMSTAP (Field Instruction
Monitoring, Supervision and Technical Assistance
Provisions) among School heads both in the elementary
and Secondary.
During FGD and FIMSTAP, it was found out that;
1. Due to large number of participants per cluster, the
only possible platform to use in the said activities
is MS Teams since it can accomodate more than
100 participants.
2. For the participants, MS Teams is not that userfriendly for them. They are not familiar with the
functionality, the tabs, menus and features.
3. Most Teachers and school heads, do not know how
to create meetings and Live Event in MS Teams.


Objectives:
The participants will be clustered to cater the queries of
the participants during the hands-on Activities.This is
aimed at providing the right knowledge, skills and
attitude in using MS Teams in conducting Online
meetings and Live Events.
