EFT/Tapping
Prompts for
students
For better health &
mindset in and outside
of the classroom.
What is EFT/Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as
tapping, is a self help technique used to help
regulate emotions. Similar to acupressure, EFT
focuses on a series of meridian points on the face
and upper body.
.
Tapping helps access this energy while sending
signals to your brain. The stimulation through
tapping can release fear, anxiety and trauma while
simultaneously re-wiring our brain to think
differently about our circumstances.
What is EFT/Tapping?
The tapping points are as follows:
Karate Chop: at the center of the fleshy part of the
outside of the hand
Top of the head: the center of the top of the head.
Eyebrow point: the beginning of the brow
Side of the eye: on the bone of the side of the eye
Under the eye: on the bone under the eye
Under the nose: on the point between the nose and
upper lip.
Chin point: halfway point between the lower lip and
chin
Collarbone point: end of collarbone
Underarm: side of the body
Wrist point: tapping the inside of both wrists
together
