Subject: Feedback on ANHUI ANTAI TECHNOLOGY CO LTD request
It is to be recalled that, on June 13, the aforementioned company has requested clarification on some
specifications. Based on their request, we have provided the clarification as follows:
Clarification #1: Cooling system -Fresh air and exhaust system.
The Public Body Feedback: This is the minimum requirement that the public body has set the
specification. A bidder can propose better or higher quality systems.
Clarification #2: Fire detection and suppression system- Extinguishing gas and exhaust system.
The Public Body Feedback: It is clearly stated on the BoM (Fire Detection and Suppression
System part) of first row, that bidders should Proposed FM200 gas, Cylinder size and amount of
gas should be designed as per latest NFPA standard and design sheet must be attached. The gas
should be designed for the power room and Server room. And the equipment required, and their
specification is clearly stated. Bidders should propose Fire alarm Control panel, extinguishing
control panel, Gate ways, Sounders with beacon/Outdoor siren with flash, manual call points,
release buttons, optical heat and smoke detector, ASD, control modules etc.
Clarification #3: Fire Extinguishing gas and cylinder and other equipment’s
The Public Body Feedback: We inform our respected to provide its solution as per number 2
above. In addition, it is presented in detail in the BoM part.
Clarification #4: NOC and SOC video wall display system
The Public Body Feedback: Splicing display is not acceptable. Bidders should propose 98” video
wall display with the minimum specification given in the RFP document.
Clarification #5: NOC and SOC video wall display system
The Public Body Feedback: We expect the bidders should provide us a design for all type of
rooms, for example NOC and SOC room design. Due to this, we cannot set the size of tables and
chairs. I addition, by considering the room layout, design and size, we give freedom for bidders to
provide standard NOC and SOC room chairs and tables
